Technical Assistance:
Technical assistance was offered related to: linens, renewal application, outdoor play equipment, and heaters.
Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/27/23 from 10:45 am to 11:40am. There were 3 children (8 points) present, with 1 caregiver supervising. The children were observed playing with toys and listening to music. 2 children's records, 1 caregiver's record, emergency drill and attendance records were reviewed. There were no children on site with medications. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on records review, the provider did not obtain the results of a repeat fingerprint based criminal record check, every five years. Evidence: Caregiver # 1's fingerprint results expired on 2/8/23.

AN appointment has been made to get fingerprinting done.

Based on observation, unused electrical outlets were not covered by child-resistant protective covers. Evidence: Two electrical outlets on an electrical cord by the fireplace were not in use, and were not covered.
