An unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted today beginning at 12:00pm and ending at 4:00pm. There were 89 children (ages 4 months to 4-years-old) in care being supervised by 16 staff. Children were observed eating lunch, preparing for nap, napping, and playing in Centers. Lunch today was corn dog nuggets, baked beans, fruit, and milk. Eight children's files and eight staff files were reviewed. Medication and logs were reviewed. The emergency drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The First Aid kit, flashlight, and radio were reviewed and in compliance.
