Based on observation, it was determined that the caregiver did not wash their hands with soap and water after diapering children. Evidence: The provider was observed diapering 2 children and failed to wash their hands after each diaper change.
Plan of Correction:
I was wearing cloves and was not aware that I still needed to wash hands in between diapering. I will make sure to wash my hands between diapering.

Based on observation, it was determined that the provider did not ensure that children hands were washed with soap and water after diapering. Evidence: The Licensing Inspector observed the provider failing to have 2- two year old children wash their hands after diapering.
