A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted between 10:45am & 1:00pm; there were 43 children with 9 staff member. Physical plant, staff and children records, medications and emergency procedures were reviewed along with the supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted on the date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Based on staff record review, staff who work directly with children did not complete the department's health and safety update course.
