Technical Assistance:
Licensing inspector discussed changes in regulations with the provider.
Comments:
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/25/2022 from approximately 9:20am-10:05am. There were 7 children present, ranging in ages from 4 years old to 6 years old, with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 1 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation, a working battery-operated flashlight was not available.
Evidence: The flashlight was inoperable at the time of inspection.

Purchased new batteries and now the flashlight is working.

Evidence: The tuberculosis screening of Caregiver A expired 12/03/2021.
