Technical Assistance:
The licensing inspector discussed the application process, the background search process, living arrangements, and posting requirements with the provider.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:35pm-3:35pm. There were 7 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 1 caregiver's record were reviewed. The children were observed napping and playing. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Based on record review, a caregiver and household members did not complete repeat fingerprints after 5 years.
Evidence: 1) The fingerprinting results of Caregiver A expired 3/27/2023. 2) The fingerprinting results of Household Member A expired 02/26/2023. 3) The fingerprinting results of Household Member B expired 02/26/2023. 4) The fingerprinting results of Household Member C expired 02/26/2023.
