An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 10/1/2021 and concluded on 10/28/2021. The Northern Licensing Office received the complaint on 9/30/2021 regarding allegations of abuse. Interviews were conducted, records reviewed, and observations made throughout the center. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid.
