The center has 27 children in care with 10 staff. All groupings are in ratio. The center has rooms with lots of space and supplies for the children to explore. Observed the children having circle time, playing and eating lunch and rest time. For lunch the children had pasta meatballs and sauce and broccoli and apples. Interaction between staff and children observed in all the groupings. Violations: Standard #: 22VAC40-665-780-B Description: Based on the review of the emergency drills and records of the drills it was determined that the center failed to record the drills. Evidence: The center conducts the drills monthly but did not record them. Plan of Correction: We will make sure we record the drills.
