Comments:
A renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on October 23, 2023. There were 2 children with the provider. The children present totaled five points. Children and household records were reviewed. Emergency evacuation drills, first aid kit and emergency equipment were reviewed. .
Based on record review and interview the provider failed to ensure that 16 clock hours of relevant training has been obtained. Evidence: 1 - Based on review of provided training documentation there was not any evidence that training was obtained during the 2021 or 2022 calendar years. 2 - The provider confirmed that there was not any documentation that training was obtained during the 2021 or 2022 calendar years.
