Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 24, 2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Seven staff were present with twenty-six children. Five children's records were reviewed. Six staff records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Based on observation and interview, facility did not ensure for each group of children there is a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
Evidence: Four classrooms of children were observed and there was not an attendance sheet for each group. Staff reported there is one attendance sheet located at the front of the facility. Owner confirmed they do not have an attendance record for each group of children.
