An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on September 24, 2021 in regards to a report involving staffing/supervision and special care provisions. Four staff were present with fourteen children. Children were observed engaged in various activities in each of the three classrooms. Based on observations, interviews and review of facility documentation there was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegations therefore the complaint is deemed not valid.
