Comments:
A subsidy inspection was initiated and concluded on May 23, 2023. All subsidy health and safety requirements were reviewed during this inspection. There were two children in care with the vendor during the inspection totaling four points. Children were observed during nap and table top activities.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice and discussed with the center representative during the exit interview.
Based on review of training documentation and interview the vendor failed to ensure that the annual training included the department's health and safety update course. Evidence: The vendor stated she had not completed the required annual health and safety update course.
