An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 10/25/2019 from approximately 11:25am to 1:30pm. 7 children (20pts) were present with 2 caregivers. New assistant records, household member records, 4 children's records, evacuation drills, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, attendance, the physical space, cribs, the new food preparation area and required posted documents were reviewed. No medications were on site. The Provider exceeded requirements for annual training hours. Children were observed finishing lunch, washing hands, playing outside independently, playing with the caregivers using a parachute and napping. No violations were cited today.
