An investigation was conducted on 7/2/2019 in response to a complaint received in the Eastern Licensing office on 6/25/2019. The complainant alleged inadequate staffing to meet required staff to children ratios. The inspector arrived at 7:30 AM and departed at 10:45 AM. Morning arrivals were observed and ratio counts taken. The investigation included interviews of nine staff, review of staff and children's schedules, review of policies and procedures and observation of the ratio tracking system in use on the computer program in the facility office.
Evidence did not substantiate the allegation of inadequate staffing which was determined to be not valid.
