An investigation was begun on 12/13/2019 in response to a complaint received on November 8, 2019 and assigned on November 12, 2019. The investigation included observation, review of staffing and attendance records and staff interviews.
It was alleged that the two year old classroom has been out of the required staff to child ratio. The investigation did not prove this allegation to be valid.
Also alleged and determined to be not valid was that there is water on the floor by the children's had washing sink in the two year old classroom presenting a safety hazard.
An exit meeting was conducted with the facility administrative staff prior to closure of the investigation.
