A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/22/2020 and concluded on 5/28/2020. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 62 children present, 20 staff and 4 administrative staff. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 4 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
All classrooms and children's activities were observed during the virtual tour.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
An exit meeting was conducted with the program director prior to closure of the inspection.
