Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 4/13/2022 from 10:30am-11:40am. There were no children present. The home, 1 staff record, 1 household member?s record, evacuation drills and emergency supplies were inspected. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and a violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review, the provider and a household member did not have documentation on file to verify that additional Tuberculosis (TB) screenings were obtained every two years.
Evidence: The TB screening/test documentation on file for Caregiver #1 and Household member #1 was last updated on 2/24/2020.
Plan of Correction:
Test was done on both, caregiver and household member on 4/25/2022.
