Comments:
An unannounced non mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/25/2023. There were 19 children, ages 5 years-9 years, and 5 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: arrival into the program, snack and homework. The inspector arrived at 3:15 PM and departed at 4:30 PM.
Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that the most recent inspection documentation was posted in a conspicuous place for the public.

The acknowledgement form from the inspection on 06/02/2023 was posted. The inspection report from that inspection in June 2023 was not posted.

Evidence:
Medication authorization for Child # 1 expired 14 days after 7/28/2023 when summer camp ended. As 09/25/2023, the medication had not been returned to the parent or disposed of by the center.

Evidence:
