An unannounced on-site non mandated inspection was conducted on 1/22/2024. There were 18 children, ages 5 years-12 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: arrival from school, handwashing and snack. A total of 3 children?s records were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: placement of documents required to be posted. The inspector arrived at 2:30 PM and departed at 3:45 PM.
