Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. There were 45 children in care being supervised by 10 staff members. The children were observed participating in structured center play, table top activities, circle time activities, and preparing for outdoor play. Lunch served today is chicken patty on bun, rice, carrots, melon, and milk. Ten children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Six staff records were reviewed. Six medications were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 12/20/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 07/17/2019. Based on review of six staff records it was determined that not all records contained documentation of a TB (tuberculosis) screening every two years. Evidence: The most recent TB screening on file for staff A was dated 05/01/2017.

Staff A will obtain a TB screening and submit the results to administration.

Description:
Based on observation of written attendance records in each classroom it was determined that not all attendance records were complete. Evidence: The written attendance record for the younger infants, older infants, and toddler rooms were not complete.
Plan of Correction:
Written attendance records for each classroom will be kept daily. Children will be marked present upon arrival.
