An investigation was initiated from 11:15 am - 1:00 pm to investigate a self reported incident in regards to care, protection, and guidance, and general requirements of staff. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The self reported incident regarding care, protection, and guidance, and general requirements of staff is determined to be valid. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on interviews it was determined that not all staff met the general requirements pertaining to being of good character and reputation. Evidence: Staff A was seated next to child A (Age: 9 Months). Child A put their mouth on staff A's toe. Staff A then took a picture of this interaction. Staff A later posted the picture on a social media platform with the description "my man a freak." When questioned by administration staff A initially denied taking and posting the photo, however later admitted to taking and posting the photo on the social media platform.
