Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 12:00 pm - 1:45 pm. There were 45 children in care being supervised by 9 staff. The children were observed eating lunch and preparing for nap. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of four child records and five staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on review of documentation it was determined that a health inspection was not conducted annually. Evidence: The most recent health inspection is dated 02/08/2022.
