An unannounced inspection was conducted regarding a complaint received by the licensing office. The complaint involved allegations of care and protection and nutrition. Staff interviews, documentation review and observation of the infant classroom were conducted regarding the allegation. The information gathered from this investigation is inconclusive and the complaint is determined to be not valid. The inspector reviewed child and staff files, both of which were compliant with licensing standards.
