The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the department regarding concerns of programs. On November 5, 2019 the inspector was on site to complete Interviews with staff, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
