A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 24, 2019 from 12pm to 2:10pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements.
