A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on (insert date) from time to time to review supplemental health and safety requirements. . Children were observed playing in centers with manipulatives, building with blocks, working on letters, listening to music and dancing. The infants were in the midst of nap time. Handwashing and diaper changing were observed. Interactions between children and staff were observed and deemed to be positive. There was a supply of materials for the children. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
