We reviewed annual requirements in the licensing standards and time frames for due dates such as caregiver training, emergency response plan updates and reviews, emergency contact information reviews for children. Also, we talked about immunization requirements prior to initial attendance.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A (monitoring/renewal) inspection was initiated on July 9, 2020 and concluded on July 9, 2020. The provider or was contacted by video call to initiate the virtual inspection. There were ten children present and two staff. The inspector emailed the provider a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed two children?s records and two staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
