An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 10:15 a.m. and ended at 11:15 a.m. There were nine children in care ages 20 months through 5 years old for a total of 20 points under the care and supervision of the provider and assistant.
Children were observed at a variety of centers, engaged in free play and completing a holiday craft. Childcare areas, supplies and materials were observed. A walkthrough of the home was conducted.
Posted information was reviewed. There is a complete first aid kit, a battery operated radio and flashlight.
Three children's records, one provider record, one assistant record and one household member record were reviewed and complete. Emergency drills were up to date. Training hours were reviewed. The provider completed 17.5 training hours for the license year.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
