Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on December 13, 2019 from approximately 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM to review supplemental health and safety requirements. During the inspection, four staff records were reviewed. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice. Based on a review of six staff records, the facility did not ensure that one staff received the required training by the end of their first day of employment. Evidence: The licensing inspector observed the record for Staff #1 (hire date 11/19/19) did not contain documentation of the staff having completed the required orientation training.
Plan of Correction:
Administration will ensure the staff orientations are completed and documented in a timely manner.
