Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced Complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on June 3, 2024, in the areas of supervision, parent notifications and neglect. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on June 3, 2024. An on-site inspection was conducted on June 18, 2024. The inspection included record reviews, interviews with staff, and observations. Findings were reviewed on June 27, 2024.
As the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be ?NOT VALID.?
