A renewal inspection was conducted on 02/17/2023. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review and interviews with staff. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation and interview the center did not ensure there was a carbon monoxide detector in the building. Evidence: The owner confirmed the center did not have a carbon monoxide detector working in the building.
Plan of Correction:
The owner purchased a detector but never opened it to use in the center. The owner will locate the detector and ensure it is up and working.

Description:
Based on observation the center did not ensure there was at least 12 inches of space between occupied cots. Evidence: Some children observed napping n the back room did not have at least 12inches of space between cots.
Plan of Correction:
The owner will space the cots in the room in a way that each has at least 12 inches of space between them.
