This inspection was conducted by staff using an alternative remote protocol, including phone interview, records review, and a virtual observations. An on-site inspection was not conducted at this time.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted at 10:10am. The provider was contacted by phone to initiate the inspection. There were no children present at the time of the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined there were no non-compliances with applicable standards or laws reviewed.
