Comments:
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements not covered in the licensing regulations. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. No violations of the supplemental SHSI requirements were found. Based on records reviewed, an annual subsidy training course was not completed. Evidence: The provider/vendor last completed the Virginia Health + Safety Training class on 6/8/22.
Plan of Correction:
The provider/vendor said she would complete the course.
