An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:45 am-12:45. There were a total of 72 children with 12 staff members present. Children were observed engaged in group activities, manipulatives, blocks, diapering, hand washing and outdoor play time. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed. There were no violations cited this date.
