Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on May 4, 2023 between 1:15pm and 2:15pm. The children were napping throughout the inspection. A review of child records, emergency drills, medication procedures, first aid kits, the fire inspection, and the physical plan was conducted. Citations are located on the violation notice page. Based on record review, the center was not able to provider information for all staff on site.
Evidence: Staffing records were not located on the premises. The director stated that an administrator was working with the staffing folders off-site.
