Comments:
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted today to review supplemental health and safety requirements not covered in the licensing regulations. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date, and the two inspections combined cover all SHSI requirements. A violation was found and is listed on the violation page. Based on record review, 2 of 2 staffing records did not have documentation of a completed preservice training within 90 days of employment.
Evidence: Staff #1 and Staff #2 both have dates of hire August 2023.
