Subsidy information can be found on the childcareva.com website. The annual training link was forwarded to the caregiver to obtain the health and safety update.
Comments:
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 08/25/2022. There were 2 children present with 1 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on the caregiver statement, the caregiver did not obtain the 3 hour annual health and safety subsidy training update. Evidence: The provider stated that the training had not been taken for 2022.
Plan of Correction:
The caregiver will obtain the training within the next month.
