A complaint inspection was initiated on November 28, 2023 and completed on December 14, 2023 regarding concerns of programs. Interviews with staff and collaterals completed, observations were made in the center, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
