This modification inspection was conducted virtually by licensing staff, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
An announced inspection was initiated on August 19, 2020 and concluded on August 20, 2020. The facility is requesting a modification of address due to being moved to Springfield Elementary School. The facility and all areas for child care were toured virtually. Some items reviewed during the inspection included: required posted information, parent pick-up procedures, emergency maps and procedures, emergency supplies, outdoor space and the emergency plan.
