Discussion of the subsidy regulations and how they apply to the Child Day Center (CDC). Center has recently become a subsidy vendor with the start of the school year. Current staff have all obtained their 10 hours of pre-service training, CPR and first aid certifications. Allergy list updated with start of school year.

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted at the White Oaks SACC program located in Burke, Virginia. This inspection was conducted on 10/09/2019, between the hours of 3:30 pm through 5:30 pm to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An Unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that were not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
