An unannounced inspection took place today in response to a complaint concerning water damage on the lower level of the home. The provider immediately contacted a licensed contractor who conducted an inspection of the premises on 9/25/19. The inspector reported that some water damage occurred as a result of a failed air conditioner compressor and some carpet was removed.
