The Code of Virginia states: Each building that was built before 2015 and that houses a child day program that is licensed pursuant to this chapter or any program described in subdivision A 4, B 1, or B 5 of ? 22.1-289.030 that serves preschool-age children shall be equipped with at least one carbon monoxide detector.
The licensee was not incompliance with the above requirement during today?s inspection.

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews..
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/13/2021 and concluded on 10/19/2021. The Provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 8 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records, 3 staff records and 1 household member record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
