Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 8, 2022. At the time of entrance there were 39 children and 9 staff members present with children. The sample size consisted of 4 children's records and 4 staff records. Children were observed napping and children arrive from school . The inperson inspection began at approximately 1:15pm and ended at approximately 3:05 pm. Areas of non-compliance are identified on the violation notice.
Based on observation the licensee, did not ensure a fingerprint reults before employment.
Evidence: new Staff #1 rehired 06/1/2022 did not have a new fingerprint results before employment. Staff #1 last date of employment was 12/20/2020 more that a year old.
