An annual subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on April 27, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection was from 9:50 a.m. to 10:55 p.m. On this date, there were seven children present and in the care of one provider (fifteen points). There were 8 children enrolled in the program. One provider, two household member's records and five children's records were reviewed/updated. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
