An unannounced non-mandated monitoring inspection, to review the intensive plan of correction, was conducted on 12/13/2021. There were 20 children, ages 16 months-4 years, and 6 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the children during outdoor play. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
