A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 4/29/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 11:30 am. There were nine children in care for a total of 28 points with two caregivers. The children were observed playing with the available toys. Two caregiver's records and one household member's records and five children's records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. If you have any questions contact your licensing inspector at (276 )608-2283.
