A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 11/08/2023. There were 30 children, ages 3 years-5 years, and 5 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed arriving to the program, having an afternoon snack, participating in learning activities, and in large motor play outside. A total of 5 children?s records and 3 medications were reviewed; staff records will be reviewed on a later date at the administration office. The inspector arrived to the center at 2:35 pm and departed at 4:15 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
