Obtaining out of state child protective services central registry searches from North Carolina were discussed with the program director.
The ladder will need to be removed from the playground before children can begin attending.
Required booster seats for the van for children seven years of age and under were discussed.
Written parent permission for each field trip was discussed.

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/6/2023 between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM and concluded on 09/11/2023 between 10:50 AM and 11:20 AM. There were no children present as the inspections were conducted in the new facility for the requested change of address. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing, and special care and emergencies and nutrition. Six staff records were reviewed on 9/6/2023.
Indoor measurements were obtained on 9/6/2023 and the playground was measured on 9/11/2023.
Facility is awaiting the final certificate of occupancy before a new license for the new address can be issued.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
