A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/3/2022 and concluded on10/3/2022. There were 10 children present with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:00 am and concluded at 11:45 am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
