An unannounced inspection was conducted 5/9/2022 and a review of staff records took place remotely 5/10-5/11-2022. The children were observed having lunch that met USDA requirements. Handwashing was also observed. Nine children's records and two staff records were reviewed.
There were 54 children present with a total of five classrooms and 13 staff.
